Endorsements

For over 25 years I have been proud to call Peter Stevenson my friend and neighbor. Over these many years I have watched Peter work selflessly to support the youth in our city. His neighborhood volunteer work at Washington Elementary School, his leadership on the BCE board, and his sports coaching have greatly benefited our young people and their families. I feel strongly that Peter’s tireless dedication to our community along with his business acumen will make him an invaluable addition to the Burlingame City Council.

Peter has been a leader and a consistent contributor to our community. Our family has benefited from much of the work Peter has done – his leadership at the Dad’s Club at Washington School, his leadership at the Peninsula Tennis Club, and his always-openness to meeting and hearing from others and making newcomers feel welcome. Peter has a passion for making a difference in his community and for the people who live in it. I’m thrilled to support Peter for city council, he’ll be a great addition.

As a long time resident of Burlingame, I cannot suggest a finer individual to be running for City Council.  Peter Stevenson is both knowledgeable and passionate with whatever responsibility he gets involved with.  His legacy remains after years of serving as BCE President, Co-President of the Washington Dad’s Club, and President of the Peninsula Tennis Club.  Peter is extremely responsive and very proactive in these and other volunteer projects that he has worked on.  A born leader, I’ll share two words that best describes why I support of Peter Stevenson for City Council – “He Cares.”

I first met Peter when he was a volunteer for BCE. Ever since that moment I have found him to be a person of integrity, honesty, reliability, and always up for a challenge.  He is incredibly selfless, with a positive spirit that is infectious to others. A thinker, organizer, volunteer, and planner, I believe any initiative he is engaged in will no doubt be thoughtfully considered and executed in manner that is respectful to our community.   I am proud to endorse Peter Stevenson for Burlingame City Council.
